1. We can provide all technical data and drawings in time as regulated in the contract. If necessary, we will even invite customers to our factory to perform quality inspection.

2. If requested, our technical staff will pay an on-site visit so as to guide customers in installation, testing and pilot run.

3. Under the condition that auxiliary equipment is necessary to ensure the normal working of our product, we will offer relevant data, like connections, etc.

4. As regulated in the contract, we will hold professional training courses to deliver expertise in installation, testing, operation and maintenance.

5. If there is a quality problem with our horizontal centrifuge, vertical centrifuge, centrifugal dryer or any other product, we will respond within 24 hours after receiving customer’s feedback. If necessary, our service staff will arrive at the scene ASAP.

6. Spare parts will be delivered to customer’s site whenever required.

7. During installation and testing, we will arrange training courses in customer’s factory to let operators know how to use and maintain our machine. However, the customer shall prepare training room and necessary tools.
