Intended for reliable solid-liquid separation, the GKH siphon peeler centrifuge works continuously but discharges product cake intermittently, and its production capacity and separation effect are both higher than those of the GK(F) series.
Main Characteristics of Siphon Peeler Centrifuge
1. Our filtration centrifuge is controlled by a PLC, and it uses a frequency converter to regulate its speed. As for the braking system, dynamic braking or regenerative braking is offered.
2. The whole separation process could be finished either automatically or manually, and this switch is quite simple.
3. Compared to horizontal scraper centrifuge with the same specification, our siphon peeler centrifuge has lower residual cake moisture and 40%-60% higher production capacity.
4. By changing the position of siphon pipe, filtration speed is regulated, thus enabling feeding, filtration, washing and dry spinning to be performed at different speeds.
5. After scraping is finished, wash liquid is introduced through the siphon pipe so as to regenerate, re-suspend, backwash and then remove residual cakes.
6. This horizontal peeler centrifuge could be fitted with an optional residual heel removal device, and this device is patented in China.
