Main Characteristics
1. The XZ/XJZ top suspended centrifuge makes use of motor and frequency converter to realize automatic operation, and during each cycle, the entire production process is optimized due to the implementation of stepless speed regulation.
2. Either dynamic braking or regenerative braking is adopted, so energy is saved to a large extent.
3. This bottom discharge centrifuge is equipped with a PLC to control its electric components, and every production procedure could be set to last for a fixed time period in advance. On the display screen, real-time working status is revealed.
4. For our top suspended centrifuge, its components that will come into contact with liquid during work are made from austenitic stainless steel.

Application
This separation equipment is applicable for a wide range of materials, including fine particles (like starch), medium coarse particles (like white sugar), and fine sticky materials. So, it is often used in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries to deal with refined sugar, glucose, A-massecuite, dicalcium phosphate, monosodium glutamate, boric acid, borax, calcium carbonate, starch, potassium chlorate, gypsum, etc.

Based on how solid particles are discharged, our top suspended centrifuge is classified into two series as demonstrated below.
1. XJZ Series: For relatively fine and dense grains, XJZ is a better choice because its drum is cylindrical and its scraper moves in both axial and radial directions to scrape particles down.
2. XZ Series: For relatively coarse and loose grains, XZ is a better choice because its drum is conical and solid particles are discharged under their gravity when drum stops revolving.
