Pusher Centrifuge

The HR pusher centrifuge is a two-stage filter centrifuge that works continuously but discharges filter cakes intermittently, and it can finish feeding, filtration, washing and discharging operations smoothly even at full speed.

Main Characteristics of Pusher Centrifuge
1. Due to its stable and continuous operation, this industrial centrifuge exhibits high production capacity.
2. During first stage and second stage, water is fully removed, leading to a very low moisture content of product cakes.
3. When there is a requirement for the purity of finished solids, washing could be conducted, while wash liquid and original suspension are discharged separately to avoid cross contamination.
4. This horizontal chemical centrifuge consumes very little power without power fluctuation.

Application
Our pusher centrifuge is applicable for suspension liquids whose concentration is over 40% and particle size is bigger than 0.15mm. So, it is commonly adopted for the production of urea, caffeine, polyethylene, polystyrene, oxalic acid, sodium sulphate, sodium chloride, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate and similar products used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and light industries.

Selection Guide
Piston pusher centrifuge is highly recommended under the following conditions:
1. There are strict requirements for the yield, purity and moisture content of filter cake.
2. For the suspension liquid, its mass percent is within 30%-80%, its viscosity is less than 10-1 Pa·s, and its particle is size is over 0.15mm on average.

Optional Configuration
1. Raw Material: Common stainless steel, special stainless steel, copper alloy or titanium alloy for machine parts that will come into contact with suspension during work.
2. Motor: Common motor, explosion-proof single-speed motor, etc.
3. Liquid Discharge: The suspension and wash liquid could to discharged together or separately.
4. Sieve Clearance: Any value within 0.08-0.40mm
5. Our pusher centrifuge can be designed and manufactured according to GMP standard.
6. Other requirements can be negotiated.
